The project, situated in Gebze, aligns with the Gebze Municipality’s initiative to furnish the local community with social amenities and a fresh public recreational space. Encompassing a restaurant, event and celebration spaces, along with outdoor sports and indoor study areas for children and young individuals, the project stands at the heart of the residential zone. Strategically positioned, it ensures easy accessibility, aiming to cater to the diverse needs of the public and local community. Through this design, the project endeavours to transform the area into a greener, more interactive environment, fostering a sense of community and enhancing the quality of public life.
